How to Get Paid on KashWork
KashWork pays sellers after right after one month of the date of order completion. However, there is a 30 days holding period for all payments. That means KashWork will hold your payment for 29 days after the order has been delivered to give the buyer time to inspect the order and request a refund if necessary.
How Does KashWork Seller Payment Process Work?
To get paid for your sales on KashWork, follow these steps:
Requirements
- Valid Bank Account: Ensure you have a valid bank account with a positive or zero balance
Payment Disbursement
- Automatic Disbursement: Razorpay automatically disburses your funds to your bank account on the next scheduled settlement date.
- Processing Time: It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to reach your bank account after KashWork sends it.
Holding Period
- 30-Day Holding Period: Payments are held for 29 days after the order is delivered to give buyers time to exchange or inspect their orders.
Deductions
- Return Shipment Fee: If a customer returns an order for exchange, the return shipment fee will be deducted from your payment.
- KashWork Fees: Various fees, including commission, payment gateway, and shipping fees, are deducted from your payments.
Total KashWork fees = Commission Fee + Payment gateway + Shipping Fee
Order Cancellations
- Full Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel an order, the system automatically processes and issues a full refund to the customer.
Receiving Payments
- Secure Deposits: Payments are securely deposited directly into your bank account.
- View Payments: You can view your deposited balance and future payments in the KashWork Seller Payment Section.
